I hesitated because it says to hand wash, but I have washed it in the washing machine and dried it in my dryer many times and it hasn’t shrunk. I like the ease of care. What a difference!Wish I had even known of or thought to buy a silk pillow case years earlier. I am actually sleeping better. I purchased the queen in taupesize was right on, it is soft to the touch with a warm glow – not too shiny-The color: I was hoping for it to be a bit more in the grey, but it is a beautiful creamy dull gold, if that makes sense? And the zipper was soft and unnoticeable when sleeping on it.the material, compared to my other 100% silk clothing measured up.It wrinkled a bit over night I noted when I first get up in the morning, but once it cools from the body heat, it relaxes again.to my surprise I have not found any moisturizer stains on it after many nights of sleeping on it which I kind of expected. The price is great for this pillow case.Don’t expect any wonders on the morning hair though. I love the pillow, but not my hair in the morning. pillow or not.Silk is a delicate material and wants to be babied. IF you don’t want to deal with handwashing etc stick to satin which include synthetic fibers like polyester, etc — there is always a trade off.

Cool, comfortable pillowcase
Very nice pillow case at a reasonable price. I was looking for a good quality silk pillowcase to help with preventing my hair from breaking off but didn’t want to pay I didn’t want to pay a premium price. After reading the reviews, I decided on this brand and I couldn’t be happier. It arrived on time and the packaging was very nice. The color is very appealing and it feels very smooth and cool. Since, it zips up, I don’t have to worry about it sliding off the pillow. I can’t speak to the longevity or what it looks like after a few washes but so far so good. The only negative is that it doesn’t come in a set. So I had to buy two separate cases. Look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful color and very soft – also great for hair!
I purchased this pillowcase after finding that all of the satin pillowcases I tried left me with disheveled in the morning. In contrast, this beautiful mulberry silk pillowcase left me with very smooth hair in the morning. The price of this brand was lower than the other brands so I wasn’t sure if it would be high quality but decided to purchase it based on the high reviews. I have found it to be very high quality – it’s a good weight and it washed very well. I read reviews for some other brands indicating that the dye ran when the pillowcases were first washed, but I didn’t find that with this brand of pillowcase at all. I purchased the lavender color and am very happy with it – I would definitely recommend it!

So soft, beautiful color and doesn’t get hot
Decided to try a real silk pillowcase and see if any differences, the price was too good to pass on. I already have synthetic satin-silk pillowcases for my hair tangling. They work pretty well but tend to get hot during the nite and I sometimes get sweaty on my head. And this is the winter too, think it’ll be worse in the summer months. Huge difference. This pillowcase stays nice and cool, no more sweating. I got the peacock blue, it’s a beautiful color. Absolutely no color transfer onto white and light color sheets. Much softer than the synthetic silk pillowcases. I haven’t washed the pillowcase yet, it has to be hand washed and dried. it’s too delicate to wash in a washing machine. Hoping it won’t bleed much color and holds up.

Package came without any box, without any description that is silk, just packed in a plastic bag saying that is made in china. It’s definitely not a silk when you touch and inside tag saying it’s 100% polyester. Refunding
