Solid Choice for Training and Everyday Wear
I’ve been using the adidas Unisex-Adult Dropset 3 Training Sneakers for a few weeks now, and they’ve been great for my workouts. The flat sole offers excellent stability for weightlifting, and the grip feels reliable, even during more intense sessions. The cushioning strikes a nice balance—not too soft, so you still feel grounded, but comfortable enough for general use.The fit was spot-on, and I like the breathable upper, which keeps my feet cool during longer training sessions. The overall design is clean and versatile, so I don’t mind wearing them outside the gym too. Definitely recommend these if you’re looking for a mix of performance and style.

Adidas Dropset 3
I just got my hands on the adidas dropset 3, and I gotta say, they’re super comfy! They fit like a dream and feel like they’re gonna last forever. But, running-wise, they’re not exactly my go-to. They’re stable but don’t seem to handle the pounding of a running session too well. Still, they’re worth a try if you’re into casual wear and don’t need top-notch running performance.

Please note: The sole design is designed for indoor or dry weather!
“I didn’t notice there was a ventilation grille on the sole, which made the shoes difficult to use in rainy weather. I decided to keep them instead of returning them. I filled the center of the hole with hot glue, and I think it turned out pretty well.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stability, Minor Design Flaw
These adidas Drop Set weightlifting shoes are excellent overall. They provide great stability and a solid, planted feel during lifts, especially for squats and lower-body movements. The fit is supportive, and they feel well made and durable in the gym.The only downside is the tongue—it tends to move around a lot during workouts, which can be a bit annoying and requires occasional readjustment. It doesn’t affect performance, but it does impact comfort slightly.Aside from that issue, these are strong, reliable lifting shoes that perform exactly as expected. I’d still recommend them to anyone looking for a stable training shoe, just wish the tongue stayed in place better.

Women’s sizes run big and the heel is VERY high
I’m a consistent women’s size 9 so I ordered the men’s size 8, per the recommendation. They were a half size too big. The men’s size 7.5 fit perfectly, HOWEVER the heel is so high and stiff that 30 minutes into my first workout in them my heels were bloody. I was in a group fitness class so I powered through… my heels are wrecked, bloodied and blistered. I suppose if you’re only using these shoes for weight lifting they might be ok, but the moment I started running i knew there was a problem. My search for a cross training shoe continues…

Must have for strength training.
The Adidas Dropset 3 is a game-changer for anyone serious about strength training. From the moment I put them on, I could feel secure and grounded. These are perfect for heavy lifts and lateral movements. The midsole provides the right balance between firm in the heel for stability and softer in the forefoot for comfort. This shoe provide excellent grip, so I never feel like I’m slipping mid-set.Not only are they durable and supportive, but they also look great. If you’re looking for a training shoe that delivers on performance, comfort, and style the Dropset 3 is a great choice.

Los tenis son algo rígidos. Permiten poca movilidad para saltar, correr, etc. Parece que son para trabajo de gimnasio tradicional. dejando fuera otras actividades de mayor dinamica como crossfit o Hyrox.

Very sturdy, these shoes have a solid foundation and you feel strong when doing squats and deadlifts.
