How do I use it?
1.Cleaned the Professional Ice Roller with alcohol and a cotton ball, then wipe clean. Put the ice roller in the freezer for 2-4 hrs, Get the best results.
2.Clean the treatment area and apply cream or gel on the skin.
3.Roll gently around the treatment area especially around eye area.Transition to your cheeks, mouth, and around your jaw, continuing that rolling motion.
4.After using the Ice Roller, cleaned it with mild soap and warm water, then wipe clean and store it until its next use.
Does it hurt?
No, it doesn’t hurt. Recommed for face and body use. It’s not recommended that you leave the roller on one area for too long but as long as you keep it moving, you’ll be totally fine.
How often should I roll?
Anytime, anywhere – morning or night! Rolling an ice roller across your face, eye area, jawline, neck, and chest, 10 to 15 minute sessions are ideal. As long as your skin isn’t irritated, you can go a little longer if needed.
Roll in a zig zag motion up and down forehead and then from left to right, then move down to beside your nose, lower cheek.
How do you clean the ice face roller?
Can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, or you can wipe with alcohol and a cotton ball.

Feels so Good!
I’ve been using this face roller for only about a week and I’m already seeing results! The cool sensation is incredibly soothing and refreshing, especially in the morning. It reduces puffiness around my eyes and gives my skin a noticeable glow. I love that it’s easy to use and fits perfectly into my skincare routine. I just grab it out of my freezer before my shower in the morning and use it before applying makeup. The quality is top-notch, and it feels durable. This product is exactly what it says it is. It is so refreshing after a hot shower and I feel it helps with the bloat and redness of my face. I use it in the morning and at night time after my workout and face cleanse. The case is SO nice and is a notch above any other ice rollers that I have ordered. It is sturdy and a good weight, you can tell not flimsy- but not to heavy.It is so easy to freeze as you keep it in the case to do so. The other ones I ordered you have to take the ice roller itself and then the handle is somewhere you left it randomly and the roller is not always placed in a “clean” area of your freezer. It also makes it portable which is great as I travel for work.It definitely revitalizes and refreshes my skin. It is my favorite part of my daily routine now!

Nice case
I’ve been using this ice face/eye roller for about a week and I absolutely love it so far. It has really helped to reduce the puffiness and dark circles under my eyes. It is easy to use and the the case it comes in is nice for keeping it clean in the freezer. The coldness of the roller is very soothing and it is definitely worth the price. It comes in a nice case. Compared to another ice roller j have I don’t like this one as well. It’s light weight but it doesn’t apply as much pressure as the other one. The other ice roller has a place to put your thumb so when you roll it to apply pressure it goes deeper into the skin. So this ice roller I’m doing a survey on works good but when rolling to apply pressure it would be better if it weighed just a little more and had the indentation to place thumb when massaging as it would apply more pressure. It does feel good though so an ice roller is worth buying.
