Good support in these!
I have wide feet and have had foot problems for years. Foot pain went away when I started wearing Brooks AddictionWalkers. I recently did have foot surgery and when asked about my usual shoes, my surgeon told me, “I like Brooks.”I am recovering nicely now and these shoes provide the comfort and support that are required.

Great shoes!
Excellent quality. I wear 11-1/2 in a sandal but needed a 12 in a shoe great structure of shoe to support your feet for the those long days on your feet. I’m a bartender and I will never buy any other shoe for work. Also they are very stylish and dress up any uniform.

I had to order these twice. My first order came in a brown box because the original box was damaged. Fine – no big deal I suppose. When I opened the box, the shoes I received were used and dirty. They had hair on the inside and dirt marks on the outside. I was super upset because these shoes are NOT cheap. I paid $130 for a pair of new shoes, just to receive a disgusting used pair that were obviously returned by someone else. I immediately returned them and once the refund went into my amazon account I ordered another pair hoping my next experience would be better. They came in today, and thank goodness they are pristine. They are comfortable and offer a good amount of support. I am usually a size 5, but after researching the sizing I purchased a 6.5 wide. The fit is perfect. They are super comfy and leave enough room to wear thicker compression socks. Although, they still felt comfortable in my regular socks as well. I only took off a star due to my first experience. For this price, I would expect better quality control.

Sole that curls over tips of shoes does not wear well and will come apart from the shoe
I’ve purchased these shoes several times over the years and they are comfortable for me, but they consistently have a flaw that has not been corrected. The sole that curls around the tip of the shoe comes apart, making the shoe not last very long. I usually take my older shoes and use them for yardwork, but unless I literally cut that piece off, it becomes dangerous to wear them past that point. I’ve taken a picture of my “yardwork” shoes that shows that I’ve had to cut the piece off, otherwise I trip. I wish I had a picture when they were not as old with same issue, but you can get an idea of what I’m talking about.

High quality and comfort
These shoes are super comfortable and high quality. My only complaint is my feet get very hot in them and I usually have cold feet. They don’t breath well.

Ever since a sports store recommended a Brooks walker to help me recover from a torn knee cartilage 20 years ago I’ve been sold on this shoe. Not only did I recover without surgery – and the shoe has to get some credit for that – but I now walk with much greater ease than previously. This latest pair are the best yet providing comfort and stability which gives me much more confidence in negotiating uneven surfaces. And I love the sexy white look! Vanity is not to be underestimated. Expensive but the quality is absolutely worth it.
