Best in class!
These things are game changers. The flavors are the best I’ve had. No grit when you mix it and is smooth to drink. Lemon lime and orange are my top picks but all flavors are good. I recommend getting the variety pack and enjoying all the flavors. These are great in the morning and after a workout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My go-to for pregnancy hydration!
This has been an absolute lifesaver during my pregnancy! I’ve tried a lot of other electrolyte drinks, but they have all given me headaches. I found out that it’s because this product has REAL SALT, and not laboratory made sodium chloride. Pay attention to what’s in your electrolyte mixes! It might make a huge difference for you as it does for me! (Also, all of the flavors are delicious! I have one a day, and it makes me feel so much better. Helps with braxton hicks contractions, too!)

One star reduction for an otherwise fine product, though a half star reduction is what’s really warranted. I’ll share this one with the manufacturer as it’s in the name: salt. This is a tasty product and very distinct from other electrolyte solutions. But one pack having 29% of an individual’s daily salt intake seems excessive. Being sugar free is definitely a selling point but that salt level! Wow! This is the only critique about this otherwise quality product. Decently priced in comparison to competitors, too.

Have been looking for a quality electrolyte supplement that will not break the bank and personally like the sticks for the portability. This one thus far has delivered and am happy with. Out of the flavors, favorite is the Blue Raspberry, though the Lemon Lime is also a solid choice. Orange reminded me of a higher quality Tang and while I personally did like the Watermelon, it was very tart. Color additive at first on these drinks did throw me off, but was quite happy to see that they are natural colors (i.e. Blue Spirulina, or Beta-Carotene) used to color the drinks as opposed to artificial dyes. Would buy again as the flavors are solid and I like that they are not quite as salty as something like LMNT and are a bit less expensive with better ingredients. The fact that a portion of the profits go to helping First Responders is also a great addition.

My new favorite hydration sticks
I’ve tried a lot of brands of hydration sticks and these are by far my favorite. The flavors are strong meaning I can add more water without feeling like the flavor is being diluted so I love to use these in my full 40 ounce container. Which is so nice because when I’ve tried to use that much water and other brands, the flavors just fall flat and are way too diluted.
