the fragrance is amazing
I literally unboxed this about 2 hours ago and I can not stop thanking myself for buying this candle.As some have reviewed: This fragrance is SO fresh smelling.The sense of “tomato vine” is super gentle – super fresh, super green. There’s nothing off-putting about the tomato vine aspect of the scent.The rose part of the scent is so subtle and warm and just rounds out the whole experience. It’s romantic and inspiring and fresh and dreamy all at the same time.the little bit of Fig fragrance is just present enough to make me feel like I’m the richest person with an unlimited spend in Anthropologie. This candle has made my office smell that divine.The mossy undertones are absolutely subtle but perfectly there. It’s like it just grounds out the scent so that – it’s so nature inspired and so romantic and warm too. I can’t stop deeply inhaling the air in my office it smells so good.I took all these photos after I unboxed it because I was so excited to open this candle up – the packaging is VERY GOOD. I know a lot of reviews are upset with the packaging. But this packaging is very well executed. Natural Kraft paper with a bunch of perforations in it fully surround the candle itself. The candle is well protected on the top and bottom with a very thick piece of corrugate. Then the outer box is a white paperboard with gold foil stamping on the sides, the beautiful clean label on the front.This would make the Best gift ever, to anyone who matters to you.And – I haven’t even burned the candle yet. The fragrance is so wonderful I’ve just got the top off on my desk, and my whole office smells amazing.The glass container is so beautiful and like a lovely deep earth rose pink color. I love it so much.

LOVE La Jolie Muse candles…..with ONE exception.
I have been purchasing La Jolie Muse candles since August of 2025. I decided to treat myself to one of the 19 oz, wood wick candles each month for our living room. The scent of these candles is truly amazing and beautiful. I started with the Pumpkin Chai in August & September, then switched to the Sparkling Cider Mule (my FAV) for October and November. Both scents fit perfectly into the Fall seasons. Even my husband liked them (very picky when it comes to candles) and asked me to order him a Lavender scented one for his office (and he’s a General Contractor!) At the beginning of this month (December) I purchased the Starlit Golden Fir for the Holiday Season. It smells amazing, but here’s where it lost 1 star. The particular combination of oils used to create this candle does not burn as well as the other 4 candles I previously purchased. Due to the type of oil used (Fir, I’m guessing) the flame burns way to high and causes soot to build up around the edge! Something the other 4 candles did not do, they burned with a nice 1/2″ flame. The Starlit Golden Fir flame is a good 2″ high and as it’s burning the soy and the oils separate which I think is causing the flame to be so high. All in all I still enjoy these candles, but I won’t be purchasing the Starlit Golden Fir again. In January I will make the switch to Vanilla Bomb (although I’m not a big fan of Patchouli) I’m willing to give it a try as all the scents have been amazing.

Tomato & Vine
Tomato & Vine! So good! I opened the candle for the first time and it was so fragrant, I closed it and put it back in the box for about 30 min. to transport. A week later the box was still smelling good in the trash. It’s a very light and clean smell but the candle is very strong! We’ve burned for a few hours and it’s great, no headaches or too intense Fragrance. Wish I knew if the ingredients were clean and non-toxic.. only downside.

Absolutely gorgeous and it comes packaged to prevent it breaking. It is also already wrapped so it’s a perfect gift.

Smells good. Beautiful glass container. Ordered bogo but did not receive the free ones. Packaged well but one still arrived shattered. Going thru return process now.
