Liquid IV to help keep altitude sickness at bay
Best flavor of all I have tried from Liquid IV. At first, we were interested in testing out flavors for our upcoming Kilimanjaro climb – but then I started to drink one every morning and I feel so much better throughout the day. I also like the Strawberry Lemonade and Tropical Punch flavors. It’s really helped stave off altitude sickness while we have been climbing fourteeners to prepare for Africa.
