Very very effective
I’ve been using Living Proof solely for at least the last ten years. When they came out with a clarifying shampoo I thought huh, I never ever clarify because I’ve been using just their products. Maybe this means it’s a good idea, even though their products are technically “silicone free”. I have greying hair that’s turned wavy and very frizzy over time. As good as Living Proof products are, nothing seems to help the frizz and believe me, I’ve incorporated everything you can possibly do.Anyhoo I thought maybe the frizz is buildup. I gave this shampoo a whirl and finished with the Repair mask. I added two pumps of the Bond Repair after my shower and, ten minutes later, did my usual routine of their leave in conditioner plus the Curl enhancer. I don’t use heat on my hair.This is the next day. While I have to admit my frizz is the same (no fault of the shampoo-clearly my frizz was not due to buildup) what IS very different is the texture of my hair. It’s SO SILKY!The shampoo made my hair so squeaky I was rather afraid, but the mask rinsed out so sleek and smooth, I was shocked. My grey hairs are really sparkling today.Last month my mother told me my hair was looking terribly dry. Now, some of that is my apparently inevitable frizz, but some of it was definitely buildup.I feel this is pretty strong stuff but I’ll be using it once a month now to just get the layers of whatever off my hair.

I wish there was more than five stars. This stuff is amazing. I double washed my hair with it and conditioned it. Then I blow dried it and my hair hasn’t felt this light and silky and clean and a very long time!

Would highly recommend! After my most recent cut, my stylist mentioned she noticed a lot more product buildup in my hair. I purchased this after reading a few of the reviews and it absolutely helped within the first couple of washes. I use once a week, in place of my first shampoo, and the difference is absolutely noticeable. My hair is softer and can go a few days without a wash without looking greasy or slick. It smells like all Living Proof products, which is fresh and it lathers pretty well for a detox shampoo. Buildup can be handled in a salon for around $50+ so the price of this and being about to do it at home is more than fair!

I like this product because it does what it says on the bottle which is effective, however if you have color treated hair it does make your hair feel really dry. Smells good, good size, and cleans your hair thoroughly, doesn’t feel soft after washing.

I love this shampoo! I have always struggled with dandruff and build-up on my hair and scalp and using this works wonders. I have hair that gets greasy just a few hours after showering, so I use dry shampoo quite often and this gets off all of the dry shampoo and other hair products that I use. It truly makes your scalp feel clean and free of build-up.

Makes my roots greasy but ends dry
Unfortunately this product just did not work for me – it does feel like my scalp is clean afterwards but my hair gets greasy after an hour of washing (and this is in the fall in NY). It also makes my hair extremely dry so definitely not for me.

Ottimo perché pulisce benissimo e fa quello che promette. Rispetto ad altri prodotti purificatori è troppo aggressivo e anche con la maschera serve aspettare almeno altri 2 shampoo per avere i capelli come prima

Very good shampoo. Hair feels smooth and squeaky clean. Smells nice but consistency is quite thick and have to squeeze to get it out. Very happy with the results.

Me deja el pelo un poco seco, pero te pones una mascarilla hidratante y ya. Al dia siguiente siento mi pelo mas suave y mas maleable. La gente no se imagina la cantidad de cal que acumala el pelo en 1 semana. Con esto, es como volver a revivirlo.
