Using Magnesium glicinate is great, promotes a good sleeping time, and the most amazing is that I wake up early at 6 am, with energy and without any kind of brain fog and also clear mind and feeling good energy levels. It is a very good medicine an i recommend completely.

Helps with Sleep and Relaxation — Label Could Be Clearer
Good product overall, but I can’t give it 5 stars because the labeling is misleading. Each capsule only provides 60 mg of elemental magnesium, so you’d need about six and a half capsules to reach the stated 400 mg. That should definitely be clearer on the bottle.That said, the magnesium glycinate form is excellent — it’s well-absorbed, easy on the stomach, and helps me relax and fall asleep faster. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since taking it. Great quality, just wish the dosage info were more transparent.
