This means more freedom for dynamic movements during jumps and cardio classes and the stable base you need for strength training. Flexibility: High: The more flexibility in the midsole and outsole, the better you can move naturally. Whether you jump, plank or spend yourself at Polymetrics, the laser-cut outsole gives you better flexibility. In addition, we have rounded the area around the big toe for more mobility and speed during jerky movements. Stability: High: The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it gives your stand. A combination of coordinated support and targeted cushioning gives you a secure feeling with every step. We added more foam in the heel to improve stability during training. Cushioning: High: More cushioning underfoot allows for a more comfortable workout. The cushioning protects your feet from impact when putting on. Laser cut foam in the forefoot and midsole provides flexibility and comfort. Breathable upper: The upper is made of breathable, specially designed mesh with integrated stretch that gives you support and flexibility – whether lunges, squats or jumps.
