Soft silk dyed perfectly for a great sleep
Lovely! Mulberry silk that is genuine and super-soft. The zipper is delicate so it doesn’t interfere with sleep or make any edges feel stiff–very comfortable and luxurious to sleep on. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just bought a second set for my home, and bought a set for my mom, sister and brother as gifts. These pillowcases are a dream.They are sleek and soft, offering an affordable luxuriousness to my sleeptime. I find them well-constructed and durable through the weekly wash cycle. I air dry mine on the clothesline/over the woodstove. They don’t wrinkle very much at all and hold shape, even with though I move around in sleep.The other things is that my complexion has changed. The claims of silk being anti-microbial and gentler on skin seem to be true for me. I’ve had less break-outs and my skin feels more hydrated since using them.Definitely a loyal customer here!

Feels great, absorbs oil easily..
The color is great and it feels great to lay my head on. However my partner and I are naturally greasy-haired people and noticed that the pillowcase was absorbing the oil making a dark and unappealing stain after a week. It washes out fine though (I prefer to wash my pillowcases at least once a week anyways). Just be cautious if you also have oily skin because the pillowcase will absorb that too.

Great pillow case.
Very nice! I ordered a larger size just in case my pillow was too fluffy and there is pently of exyta room but is not an issue being larger either. It is sewn well, has very nice material that has held up to many washings so far! The color has not faded, the zipper makes it easy to stay on the pillow at night and I appreciate that it keeps my hair softer and not tangled up in the morning. It also stays cooler than regular pillow cases. I like mine a lot.

Best Pillowcase by Far
I’ve tried many silk pillow cases, and in my opinion, this is the best one. I bought 3 comparable pillowcases on amazon at the same time for a test and used all the same. This was the softest, and didn’t snag like the others. After just one wash, the other pillow cases would have snags where some areas of the fabric bunch up and you can see the lines, zipper area was the worst. However, with this pillow case, it has been through many washes and still looks new. The other pillowcases would also stain very easily. Love the color, it pops! So visually and quality the pillowcase is 10/10.Sleepwise, its very comfortable, and my hair isn’t frizzy anymore when I wake up. I have curly hair and it has been an issue, hence why I am trying to find the right case. But after one night, I already noticed a difference. Already am purchasing other colors.Picture shows two of the pillowcases I bought to compare. The right blue pillowcase is this product “Silk Pillowcase for Hair and Skin Mulberry Silk Pillowcase” while the left gray one is a different brand. As you can see, the gray one has runs and snags while the blue one does not.

slowly coming apart
well, it’s not quite coming apart, but it’s not holding together either. looks like it was likely double stitched at the edges and the first line of defense has already come up at some spots on both pillows at just a month in. otherwise it looks and feels very high quality. it doesn’t have holes yet, but it’s headed that way. if you intend to hand washing and dry i’m sure it would hold up just fine.

The two pack silk pillowcases were not silk, but the silky satin with no zipper and they fell apart after a few months. I requested a return and refund, however, the seller told me to keep the pillow cases and refund me $8 that was the cost of shipping. His explanation was that batch didn’t have zippers. My main issue wasn’t the zippers, but the fact that pillow cases were NOT silk, but silky satin which was completely omitted in his communication. Maybe that’s why 2 pack is cheaper, however, it doesn’t say anywhere that they are not silk. Since then I didn’t dare yet to order any silk pillowcases from Amazon because I don’t know what to expect.

NOT SILK it’s says mulberry sill but is polyester confirmed with burn test. This is a cheap thin polyester not a luxury silk item DO NOT BUY.

Over all I’m very pleased with the quality of the pillow case. The only thing I’m not 100% on is the zipper, which feels a bit flimsy. I’m not docking a star because 1) I didn’t even realize it had a zipper, and I like that it does, and 2) the zipper has held up so far, I just don’t trust it or myself, haha.
