Nice silk pillow cases
These arrived packaged nicely (they are sold singularly, not a set). I hand washed them in Woolite and hung them to dry (hand washing is recommended for all real silk bedding so if this will bother you stick with cotton or sateen cases! But hand washing keeps your silk in top condition and helps with longevity!). After completely dried there were no wrinkles so no need to iron! I’ve now slept on them for past 3 nights and they are comfortable against my face, I wake with hair looking good and no creases on facial skin (unlike cotton where hairs a mess and creases on face!). These feel like a satin-ey silk (but they are 100% mulberry silk) just a lower (22) momme than my other silk cases (25) which does affect the feel, they are still very comfortable, soft and stay coolish throughout my sleep. They are thinner material but I dont feel this will be a problem and doesnt affect the feel during sleep. They are longer than my other cases ( I ordered the queen size) but I dont find a problem with this while sleeping, the “envelope” closure keeps my pillow and the case secure. There was zero odor upon opening package nor after washing. I bought the silver ones and the color is perfect (almost a silver grey which I really like)! If youre on the fence I can highly recommend these, they are OEKO-TEX, organic certified (which is what you should be looking for in your bedding!!) They have the envelope closure which I feel is way better than zippered (comfort & longevity, those zippers break!). They are nice against the skin and silk keeps your hair from breaking and tangling and helps keep your facial skin from wrinkling (both huge pluses!!) You are definetly getting your $$ worth with these (high quality silk is not cheap) and these are reasonably priced for their quality. I’ll be buying my mom a pair for Christmas, that how much I like them. (My other cases are 25 momme mulberry silk & cost me 2 1/2 times the price of these, I dont feel you need to break the bank for good cases and these fit that thought!)The only minor con I found is the huge tag sewn inside (why do they insist on attaching these!), you definetly want to cut that out but its annoying and you have to be extra careful not to cut the fabric.

Love my silksilky silk pillowcase!
I absolutely love my SilkSilky pillowcase! It feels so soft and luxurious against my skin, and I can already see a difference in my hair and skin. No more bedhead or creases on my face in the morning. It stays cool all night and feels amazing to sleep on. Definitely worth every penny!

I have several silk pillowcases. Love the color of this but it shrunk. Hardly fits pillow.

Texture changed with one wash.
Followed washing instructions precisely prior to use. Except for it says to follow up with an iron which I do not have. So now after one wash, the pillowcase is not near as silky as it was when I took it out of the package. Very discouraging.

Doesn’t make you sweat. Is very soft. Washing as directed and hung to dry from a skirt hanger. Looked like it’d been ironed when dry. Worth the price tag.
