I’ve been using this daily for over 3 years now and there are noticeable differences in my nails, hair, and skin. My nails grow much faster and stronger than they ever did before, and they are very thick. My skin is very elastic and bouncy, looking more youthful than some who are 5 years younger than me. Hair is stronger than it has been before.It mixes easily with coffee, and there is no change in flavor at all. I have never tried the flavored versions.

Good product bad packaging
This is my second 20 oz sized purchase. Product seems to be working… joint pain improving (I’m also following work out routine from doc) hair seems healthier, could be placebo but I feel like it is working.The only problem is the packaging. First tub was screw top lid. Second is all cardboard and the top flips open and doesnt close tightly. It is a thin cardboard so dont get it near any water. I use this in my coffee so it is on the counter near my coffee maker which can have drops around it by nature of making coffee. Also, if knocked over it will spill out, top wouldn’t hold. Minor inconvenience but thought I’d mention.
