Careful mixing required
I love the flavor and the effects, I would just warn anyone to make sure you mix this well before drinking! It turns into little globules when it hits water, but a good shaking or a whisk will break it up fine.

Better Substitution for Energy Drinks
When you are running low and feel dehydrated; this LIQUID IV replenishes what you lost better than most of those sugary/sweet energy drinks out there in my opinion. The flavors they come in are great. This particular berry one is great after workouts or long walks with no after taste.

Great flavor! (And I’m picky about that). It tastes more like peach than blackberry, but I love it. It helps hydrate (without making me nauseous) & helps with dizziness. Overall I feel much better after drinking it. Liquid IV is the best!
