How long does your magnesium stay fresh?
2-3 years from the MFG date. New products will have the expiration listed. We run magnesium batches at least once per quarter.
How many capsules should I take, and when should I take them?
Take three (3) capsules once daily or as directed by your medical provider. If it upsets your stomach, try splitting up the dosage to take one in the morning, and two in the evening. Try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.
How long should I take this?

Great value & quality
Have to give this a big thumbs up and just really don’t know why. I’ve tried other labels that are more costly and have a higher dose of magnesium but they cause me to lose sleep and are not as effective for night time muscle cramps. Same exact ingredients but less vitamin additives in this brand which turns out to be the winner every time. I am not a scientist but these guys are and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend.
