Better than Moroccanoil!
For reference I have fine textured hair that sits right above my shoulders in a long bob. I get highlights and wanted to switch my normal leave in conditioner to a hair oil with added heat protection. Not all hair oils have heat protection so I had to narrow it down. I stumbled upon Kevin Murphy and decided to give it a try. It does everything it claims to do! I apply the oil to damp hair after the shower and before blow drying/flat ironing. It makes my hair feel hydrated, soft, smooth and I love that it has added heat protection so it’s a one and done product for me! It also made it much easier to brush through any tangles. I don’t like using a ton of products but it’s important for me to have a good leave in due to hair bleaching and regular use of hot tools. My hair literally looks and feels so good when using this. Because I have fine short/medium hair I only need two pumps, one on each side. So a little goes a long way. It’s expensive but the bottle will last me a while. I have tried Moroccanoil in the past and I like Kevin Murphy way better. I didn’t have any issues with it weighing my hair down either which is a huge plus. My hair was previously dry from highlights and this has been a huge game changer. I would highly recommend this hair oil! It’s great quality.

Works excellent on dry ,frizzy hair
This is the best hair product I have used from Kevin Murphys line.I like trying new products and to be honest my favorite is the oribe super shine and the oil, but I purchased this for my daughter who has frizzy hair and ended up trying this myself, not expecting as much results I get get from oribe .I was wrong this is right up there I was amazed what a few drops of this for my hair which also tends to get frizzy especially in the humidity. I used this after washing and conditioning my hair and sprayed a few pumps in my hands and distributed through my hair concentrating more at the ends and less in the front ,just a few tiny dabs because if you use to much you may end up with greasy hair.Took me a few trys before I got this right.This is a light oil on the thicker side not runny like some.This left my hair looking great all through the day without any frizz.This also left a brilliant shine I didn’t have to use any other products with this.Works excellent with heating tools also.So now my daughter and I share this and I swear by this product especially if your hair is dry and frizzy.The bottle appears small but there’s plenty in there to take us through several months .They say you get what you pay for and I am happy to say we did and will repurchase again when it runs low.

Smells like the salon & works well on dry ends
Both my husband and I love this oil – will definitely repurchase! Leaves my hair silky smooth and smells soooo good – exactly what your hair smells like after a trip to the salon. My husband uses it in his beard and loves it! It is a heavier oil, so I only use a little at a time on my fine hair, but that just means it lasts longer!!!

Ok.. if you’re looking for something to nourish your hair and make it soft and flowing and add some shine without weighing it down, this is it!I have very fine thin hair and it does not make it oily. It is on the pricy side but it takes very little so one bottle will last for a very long time.
